With the oil comes the Organic Hydrosol or "flower water", this pure distilled water is rich in vitamins, we use this in place of water in our formulations!
fresh Certified Organic carrier oil: e.g.. coconut, jojoba, olive oil, sunflower. We use oils are cold-pressed, bottled in dark glass, and made for human consumption. Each oil has its own gift of nutrients, vitamins, and beneficial properties. We open the dark glass bottles at the moment of production.
made to order: We don't keep inventory, we make it fresh! This eliminates the need to chemical preservatives. We make it just for you! It means the product has not been sitting in a warehouse for years and is guaranteed to have its natural theraeutic qualities intact!
gentle: Our skin is like a mouth, what we put on, we actually put in. Harsh chemicals, detergents and abrasives (acids and exfoliants), weaken the skin and effect our immune system, making us vulnerable to our environment.
balance: Our skin can be healthy and regulate its natural oil production. Many skin care products mimic skin hormones and oils (using animal hormones, tissue, urine and synthetic chemicals), their is no proof that these have any benefit when applied to our skin. The skin can become dependant on a substitute rather than producing the needed hormones or oil itself. Often the chemical molecules are too large to pass through the outer layers, or they are so small they penetrate and enter the blood stream.
